Wedding/Event Packages

  • $1600

    • Lead coordination with support from a Honeybee team member.

    • Conduct initial consultation and maintain email communication.

    • Provide vendor recommendations and attend final venue walkthrough.

    • Create a detailed wedding day timeline.

      • Vendor timeline included - distributes to vendors

    • Facilitate wedding rehearsal and direct ceremony processional.

    • Oversee timeline, coordinate vendor setups, and direct ceremony and reception events.

    • Distribute vendor gratuities as per arrangements.

    ADDITIONAL ADD ON:

    Day Of Decor Setup/Pack Up: $400 Assists with the arrangement and placement of decor items that are not handled by hired vendors, excluding the assembly of floral arrangements. Includes setting up welcome signs, arranging table centerpieces, place settings, positioning decorative items, etc. This service allows you to add personal touches without the stress of managing the setup on your own.

    • Open communication

    • Assist with answering any design related questions

    • Attend venue walkthroughs and required meetings.

    • Assist with ceremony/reception layout planning.

    • Confirm final details with vendors.

    • Create a detailed wedding day timeline.

      • Vendor timeline included - distributes to vendors

    • Coordinate and facilitate the rehearsal.

    • Assist with ceremony setup (e.g., communion, sand ceremony).

    • Directs the entire day from decor setup to timeline execution to grand exit

    • 10 hours of service on wedding day 

    • Coordinate vendor arrivals and setups.

    • Decor setup (guest book, gift table, table settings, table decor, etc.)

    • Distribute gratuities to vendors as per arrangements.

    • Manage and assist with tear-down and cleanup. Is not responsible for cleaning the venue.

    • Lead coordinator with assistants (number of assistants based off of wedding size)

  • $4,000

    • Provide one full calendar year of assistance.

    • Facilitate meetings and maintain open communication throughout the planning process.

    • Support budget tracking.

    • Assist in developing vision/design of the day

    • Works hand in hand with client on design aspects of wedding

    • Assist in finding/customizing elements of design for the day

    • Offer vendor recommendations and assist in booking vendors.

    • Attend venue walkthroughs and required meetings.

    • Assist with ceremony/reception layout planning.

    • Confirm final details with vendors.

    • Create a detailed wedding day timeline.
