On your wedding day, a lead coordinator with a Honeybee team member oversees the timeline, coordinates vendors, directs the ceremony and reception, and manages any necessary logistics. An optional add-on for décor setup and pack-up allows personal touches to be arranged without stress, making your day seamless, beautiful, and completely worry-free.

I’m still here to help you refine your ideas, answer design-related questions, and make sure everything is cohesive—you’re never on your own.

    While you’re welcome to reach out with questions throughout the process, I officially step in as the main point of contact and take over vendor communication and logistics three months before your wedding, ensuring everything comes together smoothly leading up to the big day.

From finding the best-priced candles, to reviewing invitation options, to helping design signage and other details, I’m there to handle the countless moving pieces so nothing feels overwhelming.
