• Oversight of the wedding day timeline

• Access to Aisle Planner Platform (budget tracker, layout and seating chart creation, vendor contacts, guest list, month-by-month checklist, etc.)

• Assistance refining your vision and overall design direction 

• Guidance on what to purchase or rent and where to find it

• Meeting as needed throughout planning process

• Venue walkthrough

• Becomes the main point of contact three months prior to the wedding

• Final vendor confirmations and communication

• Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline

• Distribution of timeline to all wedding vendors

• Coordination and facilitation of the wedding rehearsal

Wedding Day Coordination

• Lead Honeybee coordinator overseeing the entire wedding day with assistance from team member
